Rinat Naimanov
Founder & Director
Mr Rinat Naimanov, a well-known Kazakh businessman in the property development and construction sector, has moved to Spain with his family to launch a new business venture in Spain involving an innovative building material with which he had previous commercial experience in his home country — Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC), a material which matches the 'ESG criteria' reasonably well, particularly in its environmental dimension (energy efficiency, low waste and recyclability) and social dimension (safety, comfort and regulatory compliance).
Mr Naimanov is the director of the Spanish company 'SOLUCIONES DE HORMIGÓN CELULAR S.L.U.' ('SHC'), a Madrid-based company focused on supplying AAC solutions in the Spanish market — an innovative product that combines unique properties such as durability and strength, light weight, simple construction technology and excellent environmental performance, that may be used in different construction areas, including housing blocks, detached houses, hotels, commercial buildings, schools, hospitals and sports facilities, giving service to interested clients throughout Spain.

Marta is a professional interior designer with a clear commitment to sustainable construction and forward-thinking materials that incorporates the ESG 3 pillars (Environmental, Social and Governance).
Her work focuses on supporting individuals and businesses who wish to create or transform their spaces using autoclaved aerated concrete, a lightweight and efficient material with significant technical qualities.
Her work combines selling the autoclaved aerated concrete elements (blocks, panels, etc.) for its use in different types of real estate projects (residential, commercial, public, industrial, etc.) together with providing technical advice and support to clients, from initial design consultations through to resolving queries on site.
Our Vision for Spain
As part of our long-term commitment to the Spanish market, SHC is planning to establish its own AAC production facility in Spain within the next 2-3 years.
This strategic investment will enable us to provide even better service, shorter lead times, and locally manufactured AAC products tailored to the specific needs of Spanish construction projects.
